The problem was no questions about the job, just about my personality. In four interviews no one ask me about visual merchandising, about retail, about their stores (i had visited some and their visual merchandising was horrible) about design, about window displays or about my languages, nothing. Unbelievable.

Very cut and dry questions asked. Person conducting interview is not friendly.
