I was surprised to hear the interviewer respond with "finish your credits even if you get a marine biology degree" How will a marine biology degree help me be a better facilities manager? :)

Apart from all the usual questions (previous experiences, etc), I had to talk about some interesting topics such as negative feedback ever given or received, what I do not appreciate from a manager and if there was parts of the job that I was not so excited about.
