In the top-down interview, they go through your resume with a fine-tooth comb which I very much appreciated. I really got to express my entire background to them and how it relates to the job. Questions were pretty standard in regards to why do you want the job, what would you do in this scenario, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Tell me about yourself? Describe a stressful situation at your current/past job and how you’ve handle it? Describe a problem at your previous job and how you resolve it? What is npi number or what place of service I would use in some specific situation (and a few other very specific questions related to medical billing). Both interviews was completely different. At the first one they was asking me more general question, like my previous experience, why I choose mercy, why do I left my previous job etc. At my second interview they asked me questions related specific for the position I applied.
