The most difficult questions include one that asked why I want this job, which broke down into one asking if I wanted to keep pursuing a career of researching (which I have done so far) and the other asking my work experiences wouldn't be so different from a job I might get to do if I got an offer from this company. And the most embarrassing moment was where all applicants were asked to introduce themselves and they were acting on their "pickup lines", which were really awkward for all of us, including interviewers.

Interviewer/hiring manager gave a great summary of the position with more context that the job posting. Then asked about me and my experiences, which allowed me to tailor to the role. Interview was very conversational and we both came to the conclusion the role was not a right fit for me. We then talked about Fidelity roles in general and the hiring manager helped guide me to roles that would be better suited to what I am looking for. Overall, REALLY great experience with this Fidelity employee!
