Describe a project where you've had to launch and scale from scratch?
All the question where standard questions related to SAS programming, Soft skill, leadership and technical skills, nothing unexpected .
Questions were mostly related to technical expertise, leadership style, change management, transformation, conflict resolution, etc. (as you'd expect for this role). Although the questions were understandably challenging (and interesting!), there was nothing "unexpected" or that made me feel uncomfortable.
