Depending on your resume, they usually start off by asking about your project(s). They'll ask you questions from the technologies and languages you've used for that project. For example I had been asked about Java and Python because I had two projects in those mentioned on my resume. Differences between list and tuples, stack and heap, compiled and native languages, GET and POST, etc. This was the TR. If you qualify this, you'll move on to the HR round. There you'll be asked to introduce yourself, ask any questions you may have, your interests and hobbies, your work location preferene and whether you're open to relocation.
