Interview questions were structured using internal company lingo... Who cares... - Use general business terminology instead like everyone else on the planet. The VP of Sourcing told me that their fleet was managed by a 3rd party - consisting of maintenance and drivers... Two other sourcing interviewers told me different, and it was done internal. I hadn't misheard what the VP was saying - the person went into 5 minutes of details on how the fleet maintenance and driving staff was sourced via a 3rd party vendor... WTF?
