One question I had not heard before was the first question they asked me. Tell me about a time when there was an unpopular decision at work and you stepped up and got behind it and led the charge and changed others' opinions.

Comcast was the worst place I have ever worked and wouldn't suggest it to anyone. There are two QA departments that do the exact same thing, National and Digital Care (social media). Social Media gets paid roughly 25% more than any other department. QA Leadership was horrible, gave themselves promotions while representatives had zero opportunity to advance or even transfer out of QA. It was a dead end with the lowest of low moral.

I was not asked this question but my other two co-workers were asked. "How do you respond to being yelled at?" I am paraphrasing because that was not a question I remember being asked. I probably would have been even more skeptical about the position. I was given a scenario of what to do if a client called in with questions regarding a cc transaction that was not showing up in the deposit the next day.
