They had me explain in detail how I would audit MT work, how I would quickly and thoroughly train new MT's or experienced MT's on new accounts, and highlight training techniques I would utilize and lay out my follow up procedures with MT's to ensure the MT's gained a thorough understanding and utilized my training to get off Full Review status within 2 weeks of being assigned a new account.
For the HR part, it's the usual interview questions. Then it's more on technical skills for the head of the department interview.
