The first interviewer was an assistant manager and he wanted me to answer the questions step by step because each question is a set of questions combined. The second interviewer just listened to my answers and didn't seem to care what my answers were.
Nothing was all that difficult.
How many years of warehouse experience do you have?
Name a time you dealt with an unreasonable customer request and describe how you dealt with it.
Can you tell us of a time when you had to influence the business to take a different direction? How did you ensure all stakeholders where informed and had a voice in the decision making process?
These questions are summed up in my own words. How would I handle employee disputes? Where do I see myself in 5 years? How do I handle deadlines and fast pace work? What type of experience do you have would help you in this job?
What software programs are you proficient in?
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Have you had to deal with any shipping and receiving of inventory before?
Why did you leave your last job? It paid more money, why do you want this ? What else have you ever done?
