What did you want to get out of the role?
if you can change places with someone who would it be? if you were given 50k to spend in a month within your community who would you give it to? if you had a super power what would it be and what would the downside of having it? what's the best customer received you have ever received? how has your community impacted your professional development? what's the most interesting thing you read or watched in the past week.
The questions were pretty standard. What was a little unexpected was speaking with the same person on 4 different occasions - so the questions got pretty redundant.
Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work here and why is working around the ocean important to you? What is your experience with technical recruiting and how do you plan on sourcing candidates in such a competitive market?

I had so many interviews I don't actually recall any specific question. They were all very normal metrics driven questions except the "what do you do in your personal time" which I had to laugh at because my answer was "what personal time?" Recruiting is 24/7 and when someone says "jump" we say "how high" and that's just the way it is.
Tell me about your experience in recruiting sales people for the SMB market?
