We just ask about team work throughout the interview. You can pretty much lie in the interview. Look timid because we want "yes" people. So if you just agree to everything we say, we will hire you.

Most stages were straightforward and rolled out in a timely fashion with the exception of the 4th stage interview with the COO. The questions were much more abstract and seemed better fit for an initial screening rather than a final round. e.g. What gets you excited about work, Why have you taken and left other jobs
