Most were common interview questions like tell me your story, why you would think you're a good fit etc. I think there was one where I felt like I fumbled but I don't remember the question now.
I was asked about prior work history.
Background questions on resume and sales process. Do you prefer hunting or account management?
Tell about a time that you had to set goals for yourself, how did you motivate and monitor progress?
Tell about a time you had a unique situation without an obvious solution?
Tell me about a time you wrote remote how did you handle working from home.
Now here are the 3 eSkill exams: Computer Skills, Customer Service from Home, Typing Test-Audio. Now the "Typing Test-Audio" one you need to really watch out for. This is the one where they try to make it hard. They want you to type what this person is saying via an audio clip. But they get someone with a heavy accent and saying words that you have never typed in your life let alone hear someone with a heavy accent even say before. I understand that there will be people in a call center that have accents but come on, at least allow one re-take or something. The test is timed and if you make any kind of mistake or try to correct your errors you will fail. I found myself rewinding the audio clip trying to make out what was said while the timer was ticking. Also something to note, there is also a straight up "Typing test" where you type a paragraph until the timer runs out. No matter how fast you type that, you will fail the entire interview if you fail the "Typing Test-Audio" test.
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond.
Why am I interested in a work from home position.
