Very easy interview. Behavioral mostly. The case study asks you to identify potential contacts to 'cold call' for information on a presented topic.
Case study presented about assisting Payers understand the healthcare market, the presenter had trouble actually explaining the case study and said it was new to the team and very challenging before I answered it. They wanted to know who I would contact to gain insight into the field and how I would do the research.
The questions focus on case studies for above and beyond client service and how you work under pressure.
