Why bank resource management? Tell us about a time where you had to work in a group?
They asked questions like "how would you invest $100,000" and "would you rather $1,000,000 now or $100,000 every year for the rest of your life?" Also be able to talk about stocks and why you want to do BRM specifically, and not other roles. They know BRM is pretty niche and unique to MS, so do your research! Also was asked core values, so know that as well :)
At least one of the interviews focused on behavioral/situational questions, such as: "tell me about a time when you worked as part of a group, how did you achieve your goal and what was your role in the group?"
I was making a career switch and they wanted to know how my skills would translate.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years.
Mostly behavioural questions + the standard "Why do you want to work here?" "Why this position?"
Somethings like: Describe an instance where you set your sights on a high/demanding goal and saw it through completion.
Honestly dont remember, they asked a lot. The first they will ask you is tell me about yourself
