Really was just a brief about what the role would look like on a day-to-day basis, talking about scope of an SC's operations and what paths an SC can grow into over time. Being an internal hire is probably why it went so smoothly, but I imagine that questions for an external candidate would involve talking about one's organizational skills and background in administrative, retail, and/or inventory management (and maybe shipping/receiving experiences). For any current employees that want to get into the corporate side of the business, this might be a great opportunity to do so (or at least gain some experience working within a corporate field).
