Name a situation where you struggled with a coworker and how you overcame it.
The most difficult question to articulate a response for was how does my education background and career experience relate to an entry level position. I conveyed that because I have worked along side many of these departments that I have picked up key components that would have made me knowledgeable about the position and that I'm a quick learner.
For my phone interview, they were mostly just screening my availability, salary requirements, and ability to commute to San Francisco. For my first in-person interview, we talked about my long-term career goals, and previous experience in scheduling. For my second in-person interview: I was asked pretty specific questions regarding my experience scheduling staff in the past.
Name a time you missed a deadline, what did you do?

They were fair and appropriate.
