How have you successfully resolve a difficult situation with a co-worker?
Minimal questions about actual Information Security issues, most of the questions were about culture and teamwork. One very technical interview with direct questions about issues that were outside of the job scope and my experience, and after I explained that, the interviewer persisted in the questioning anyway until I said "I don't know".
