The questions were interned to find out if I had the qualifications for the job and if I would be interested in doing it. "If you disagree with the opinion of a document reviewer on a professional matter, what would you do?"
Lots of behavioral questions. Such as how I dealt with challenging and stressful situations in project work.
What was one time when you failed on the job?
I honestly blocked this process out l, all I can remember is the final interviewer accusing me of being a big fish in a small pond and that my current experience wasn’t comparable or good enough because I’d only worked for startups.
The questions asked were pretty standard and not at all unexpected.
How are the challenges you has during documentation?
I was called for an in-house written test and interviews. One of the interviewers seemed very unprepared and it seemed she was going through my resume for the first time. She was more interested to know why people are leaving Qualcomm, what kind of opening is there at Qualcomm rather than asking interview questions - she mentioned her husband works there. She was very unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable. Other interviewers were serious. Good questions asked. I also learnt in this process. Was offered but I had already accepted offer from another company
