1.puzzles,oops basics,Sql queries 1.1st round is technical (OOPS,.NET basics question,SQL server Queries) 2. 2nd round they asked some 4-5 puzzles(hardest round of the three round) 3.hr round(simple)(negotiation) 1.puzzles,oops basics,Sql queries they will tell u on the spot if u are hired or not and if u are on hold they will tell u within 1-2 week
Tell me a time you have dealt with a challenging customer and how you were able to resolve their issue and lead them to a satisfactory result.
Some calls take longer to resolve than customers would prefer, how do you remain calm and let the customer know you’re working to resolve their issue?

The questions were general interview type questions. How to handle an upset customer? General call center, customer service questions. They also asked about availability and advised you that you would be working weekends and holidays.
How do you deal with constructive criticism and provide an instance of how you responded to a constructive critique from a part employer?
The questions were open, closed, situational, behavioral. Good structure of questions, every question was about position specification and qualities required for it nothing more than that. The best interviewer in my life.
If there was a sudden change in your class schedule in which your professor changed an exam date to a day that you work, how would you handle this situation?
