Work Experience: The interviewer asked about my previous work experience. Interest in Concepts: They asked about the concepts I was most interested in working with. Challenging Task: They asked about a challenging task I worked on myself and the results I achieved. Nothing specific was asked about technical concepts. If the interviewer had asked more specific technical questions, they would have understood the depth of my knowledge and skill set.

You are asked lots of questions about your background and experience. Then set a pretty generic technical challenge involving designing a proof of concept framework to automate a saucedemo page. Apparently though the only way to impress their lead SDET is to basically do everything the way they would do it. There is no room for discussion or a chance to justify choices. All very myopic and. frankly, unprofessional.
