Normal recruiting questions; interviewer got hung up on time to fill and didn't understand ongoing and ad hoc positions. I had to explain over and over until she continued to ask the same question because she didn't understand. I felt like I was being interrogated.
How do you understand and what steps would you take to develop the Learning and Development Strategy?
