For the written interview, it asks questions about your documentation process (fairly straightforward if you've done a similar interview). However, they ask bizarre questions like: "What sort of high school student were you? Beyond your studies, what were your interests and hobbies? How do you think you are remembered by your peers?"

Everything ran smoothly until my offer letter arrived. The company founder & the employees I interviewed with were lovely. It was pretty obvious they were in the midst of redefining a lot of their role purposes/structure, but I've worked in startups before and it didn't seem out of the ordinary. The biggest red flag came later, when they made it clear that under NO circumstances were employees allowed to work from home. I found this so strange for an online company, and pretty out-of-date for industry standards.
