I didn't find the interview difficult, but as someone who's gay, I'm always trying to suss out if a company is a good fit... One guy asked "What makes something a good fit for you?" I said I wanted to be a valued member of a team, which is true, but I also want to have a sense that I'd fit in. Based on the vibe, I thought I might not fit in with the culture... Again, it's manufacturing vs. a place like Microsoft, where it's more important to product quality work than to have your butt in your chair... Although, I was impressed that you'd never have to take work home. I have a close friend who works at Amazon, and he's constantly working nights and weekends.
