In the virtual meeting, they're trying to gauge how interested and passionate you are in working with kids, and just ask some pretty generic interview questions. For the group interview, they do some ice breakers and ask generic group questions. They do also ask you questions based of creativity, one of them was where we picked an object from a box provided, and was asked to present how we could use said object to play with the child. After which, they do ask you to interact with the child with the help of some toys (that you are given time to choose and strategise from). After which, they do conduct a bit of a practice round of the ABA therapy itself.
