They asked about my sales experience- specifics about the products and services I sold. They asked about the call volumes, target customers and general sales focused questions. They wanted to learn about me and my experience but also asked about the type of sales I was comfortable with, the type of office environment I was used to working in. I could tell that they really wanted to find a great fit for them but also to make sure this was what I was looking for. Allowing me to shadow for a number of hours was very beneficial. Most companies just tel you what they think you want to hear- not the Magic. I got to see how it really was.
