How have you handled working on a team where there are conflicts?
They ask questions which require you to describe different work situations you’ve handled, how you handled it, and what the outcomes were.
The best question they asked was "tell us about yourself." Every other question was aimed for a negative reflection towards you.

Explain a time when you used data to make a decision.
Very basic interview with immediate job offer because they already knew my caliber of work.
Describe a work experience in which you had to make a difficult decision.
I found the retail oriented questions difficult initially as I had no retail experience but the interviewers told me "we know you have no retail experience just relate experiences you've had that were similar." Probably my favorite question was about "growing talent" and how I had done that in the past. This seems to be (and rightfully so) a big concern during the interview process.
