I was very well prepared for answering almost any question they had. I think that the hardest part of the assessment day was the technical interview, consisting basically on energy finance topics such as valuation and financial strategies in the oil & gas sector.
"Name your three top oil/gas companies for the future" which seemed to me to be rather an odd question
