My favorite part of all interview's was when asked to do a whiteboard exercise. A Designer at Zillow will ask or create a mock story or ask to display your process and/or thoughts visually on a whiteboard.
Why do I want to join Xactly?
They make you do the design challenge even before the interview. They should not do this to creative positions since the portfolio should be enough to show their talent.
More of a comment than a question but I think they look for a local candidates in SF.
