Surely, there were many and most were genuine and sincere from the gals in the HR Department. I had no problem with the CEO's questions, just his tone, ego and seemingly wanting to trump me somehow. It was completely de-motivating and I would have never gone to work with (he would say for) him.

Besides generic CV based questions, the CEO and President asked questions which frankly were red flags, such as (paraphrasing): 1. How would you approach budget cuts/layoffs (maybe because they recently did or are planning some?) 2. Why is there a 14 year gap in your CV (there is no gap, the interviewer did not pay attention to what's written in my CV or my detailed introduction that I gave literally a few minutes prior).
