The company values DEIB. They asked about my experience with DEIB and fostering employee engagement. They also asked about my experience with change management. It also sounds like there is a potential merger in the works of the NYC and CO-based teams, so they asked about how I would align the two teams, policies, etc. Seems like a cool company. The salary was low for the qualifications and especially being based in NYC.
