Pros

- Great onboarding process (lots of trainings and people willing to teach you) - High salary with complete benefits and bonuses - Your hardwork gets noticed and you will get rewarded if you do well in your job - Flexibility in arranging your workload and schedule - High emphasis in teamwork and team culture

Cons

While there are a lot of great points, the company work style lacks duality and challenge, which makes young hires to want to or even actually leave the company within a couple years. - Work life gets boring (you do the exact same job everyday with very little dynamics) - A lot of loyal (oldies) people, but not as much younger people (freshgrads to 30ish years old). Company is trying to retain new employees but the working style and environment is a bit rigid/dated for newer hires to stay

Pros

Interesting global projects. Impressive business and products in general. There are some people who care and will support you.

Cons

Very boring local office, average age quite high. You need to work on a global project to get something exciting to do. Management makes very political and stupid decisions. A lot of work, primarily business services and IT outsourced to Indian companies which generate low quality output.
