      Decent pay when you are early in career WLB good depending on team/manager but overall good.

      Cons

      Management team is unprofessional, some are rude, hard to work with, negative, and made the environment unpleasant.

      Pros

      I'm surrounded by mature and smart people who are open-minded. Work with a well-organized working process within the team and communication with colleagues and managers are smooth enough. I know whom to reach out for help and opportunities. Nice salary and good benefits. 30 holidays. Hybrid working is actually encouraged. One day in office per week is fine for me.

      Coffee is so bad, I always need to buy it outside.
