      Employee Discount and if staying in the same position for along time it's good but no chance to move up.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and accountability across the board. Lack of experience and knowledge in management leadership.

      Good company for part time employees

      Pros

      Company works well for part time employees as most mangers are flexible with your work and you get some free stuff every so often. Not an overly busy environment most of the time.

      Cons

      For full time employees the company can be a pain, district mangers can be very overreaching on certain aspects and then MIA when you need them on occasion.
