Corporate life is an incredibly political, dog-eat-dog, competitive atmosphere. People aren't afraid to throw others under the bus to get an extra leg up. Operationally speaking, the company is stuck in the past and is not keeping up with the pace of the market and technology. Input from employees is not accepted. Leadership is composed of either incapable or wrongfully hired individuals - all of whom have been unable to position ASICS as a viable competitor in its space.
