      Pros

      ASICS is a brilliant company and great employer. They have a very strong value set and truly care for employee wellbeing, as well as mental health.

      Cons

      Slow moving company, due to strong culture and Japanese influence. Opportunites are not common and managers have been in their positions for many m any years.

      Pros

      Wake up call that i don't want to work there.

      Cons

      Actual expectations are not communicated; the ones that are, actually turned out to be the opposite of was expected. ''you are super skilled, but too much!'' Internally there is a LOT of mis communication between HR and managers. It is not clear what they are looking for at the end of the day. They ask for everything but actually they want nothing, as much as a candidate is prepared they will then think that candidate won't be happy there. Interview turns out to be more of a TED Talk of the director..
