Pros

Good pay. Great for personal develpment. Very organised. Employees are respected. Job is quite easy if you are willing to learn the way of working.

Cons

As a System Performance Engineer, we had a "gentleman's agreement" that we would stay in the role at least 2 years before moving to another position in the company. Management was threatening to intervene if we tried to move before the 2 year mark. The job itself was very doable and the pay was great. The only people who wanted to leave the position in under 2 years were people who were finding the shift schedule extremely difficult, and it was effecting their health in some way. For this reason I thought it was unfair, because health should come first.

Pros

Good work-life balance compared to other companies in the industry

Cons

No room for growth as an engineer. The company is so focused on non engineering roles (product owners, project leads, program managers, ...). No recognition for engineers. Low compensation compared to other US based companies in the industry.
