      Pros

      Still the best vision on digital marketing software, even though execution remains poor. Stock price soared but likely at a maximum as overdue investments into platform and sales staff will force themselves onto the company.

      Culture shifting from innovation and transparency towards the single focus on quarterly sales quota and internal competition over customer success.
