Pros
I got several oppurtunities to grow within the company. When I needed more hours and I needed to work more this was possible and the managers showed interest in my situation.
Cons
Work pressure can be high. People who make the schedules are not very flexible. If you are young it sometimes feels like they only want to you to work here because you are cheap. If you want to have some fun while working you have to do this yourself.
