      Free bananas and *one* daily barista coffee

      Cons

      Half the employees just there because Amazon is sponsoring their visas, they hate the company but want to live the american dream, thus many frustrated people make it a complex environment. Lots of racial profiling.

      There's a lot of stability within Amazon and chances to grow and expand as a person and as an employee. We are encouraged to come up with projects and out of the box ideas and solutions. If you're all-in on the mission to help make peoples lives better, both internally and externally, you'll find the work incredibly fulfilling regardless of the department.

      Collaborating with tech can be incredibly difficult due to their reluctance to commit.
