Some of the colleagues (in other teams) were very nice and helpful.

Cons

Bad atmosphere, it feels like a prison No sense of team, people are very distant, they don't go for lunch and/or have lunch at their desk No proper training No proper introduction Extremely bad communication as both HR and the management failed to communicate several important points (info about an additional background check, about having to immediately do holiday cover for someone in another team, for several weeks, etc.)

Most co workers were nice. Salary was okay and average. Training was great.

Cons

Per 8 hour shift we were only allowed a maximum of 7 minutes to go to the toilet and get tea or coffee. Problems with computer system almost constantly crashing and freezing up. Having to take notes in wordpad. Also being told that if the computer system does this just ignore it and continue taking calls anyway. We had to log it in later. Also sometimes not being able to take short breaks or lunch due to many customers calling.
