      -> Hybrid work culture -> No micro management -> Good Tech

      Cons

      -> No appraisal -> No new clients -> No growth -> Layoffs ->Management sucks. On one side, they’re firing employees, and on the other, they’re hiring new ones as well. Dude just give the work to the people who are already there
