Pros

- Chance to work with lots of stakeholders - Unique product - Varied tech stack within the company - If you're from a minority, trans, etc the company puts in genuine effort to try and connect people with Black in Tech, Women in Research , etc - Pretty good work/life balance in most roles

Cons

- Too much politics in certain departments - As per previous point this caries over to EVAL - Some managers resistant to change and often promote "yes men" to not rock the boat - If you're getting hired into data the stack is very controlled/limited
