Pros

Have a great boss that is constantly challenging me in a way that helps me improve. Really strong tech & product organization. Am very impressed with the quality of the people People are very knowledgable about payments

Cons

Some of the managers are people that were promoted because they were good individual contributors. That doesn't make them good empathetic managers. It's ok and it's getting better, but definitely still room for improvement
