In the last 6 months it has become really difficult to work in the Sales team. There is lots of politics and micromanagement. Processes have been put in place so you have to ask managers approval for everything from a offering a discount, a trial, grace periods etc. This has led to low productivity as every little thing takes so much time. Unfortunately this is still a place where you have to be a white, middle/upper class man to succeed. Morale is very low in the sales team at the moment. You are made to feel you are always in the wrong and nothing is ever enough. A massive blame culture has been created by the senior management. It is a real shame as it could be an amazing company to work for. Worth noting that managers have been asked to post positive reviews here.

Terrible culture... but what makes it worse is that during interviews they tell you how "diverse and inclusive" they are and how they "care about their people"...none of it true. You are just a number on a spreadsheet. If you are not a management favourite then you cannot afford to put a foot wrong. Any mistake will be blown out of proportion and you will be pushed out. Unless you are desperate stay away!
