Free food The people you work with That's it

The company as a whole is shocking. You are veiwed as a number. Management treat you like children and have no regard for your physical or mental health. You are expected to do the job of 3 people on minimum wage. Also the pay is horrendous, it states minimum wage but you will have this thing called spread over where they take money off you for Christmas. Oh and they use your holidays for Christmas break too. So you are actually getting paid below minimum wage. And good luck understanding your pay slip. Overall it's a terrible job, for shocking pay, and you'll probably end up having a mental breakdown.
