      Management is not strict, depending on department - you can laze around quite a lot. Salary is average. Work is not incredibly challenging

      Salary si average. Promotions done based on seniority, not always on merit.

      * Positive team leaders * Helpful to get better KPI's * Double screens * Fixing your own scheduling * Travel expenses are at least covered

      * Poor payment despite the workload * Bad chairs (desks finally fixed after years) * Headsets, mouse and keyboards often missing or broken * No chance to grow within the company
