Pros

Overall, the people here are the smartest I’ve ever worked with. You’re constantly being challenged to rethink a problem and if you see an opportunity, there’s a big chance you can be the one who can fix it. Fun, scrappy place to work.

Cons

The pace of work and work/life balance can be a challenge sometimes.

-Extremely Rewarding work, helping customers transform into being data driven -Always something new to learn here -Great Product and technology -Leadership has great vision and foresight -Good Pay and Benefits -Company has once in a lifetime growth, TAM, etc. -Great benefits, unlimited time off -Company culture helps bring in the right people and operate effectively

Cons

-Typical growing pains of hyper-growth startup -WLB can be challenging at times -Long interview process but its worth it -Career growth is a little ambiguous but they are working to improve it -Review process isn't always the most clear and informative, the better your manager the better your review process will be
