Collaborative Environment: The team culture is very supportive, and my colleagues are highly knowledgeable. Working with people from different backgrounds helps to broaden my skill set and perspectives. Variety of Projects: As a consultant, I get to work on a diverse set of projects, from small businesses to large enterprises, which keeps the work interesting and allows me to gain experience across multiple industries.
