Good benefits, but a toxic boys' club culture

Good benefits mostly, some good people

Cons

In country roles are relatively good, if your in a group or regional role it's a boys club, who you know not what you know. So many back hander jobs, people not given opportunities and absolutely not development so don't believe their social medias. Senior leadership very much out of their depth with how big the company has become and hand out all major decisions to consultants so there is a loss of business continuity and everyone aligning to a goal.

Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

Cons

Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
